I consider myself very lucky to be living in the middle of France, in the beautiful department of creuse, one of the three departments of the limousin region, with my two sons, four cats, dog and horse.

I was born in 1963 and grew up in the flat lands of lincolnshire in England. After a few years working in the horse industry, I never quite seemed to find my niche in life. So in 2005 I decided to take a leap of faith and move to France.

I live surrounded by beautiful countryside and                          

                                                               buildings.

And fantastic wildlife, so plenty of inspiration for my work.

I'm very much an animal lover, especially horses. And have always enjoyed drawing and painting for pleasure.

Combining these two passions, I've been painting pet portrait commissions, mainly dogs, for more than 25 yrs. I specialise in painting, lifelike and highly detailed portraits from photos. Receiving most of my commissioned work through the recommendations of previous customers.
