I accept commissions on any subject, pets, people and house portraits. Or if you would like a wildlife scene or a favourite holiday spot etc. If you don't have a photo, I can source one for you and e-mail it for your approval. Once you have decided on a subject, commissioning a painting is very straight forward. Just three easy steps.

step 1: Send me your photos and requirements, by e-mail or post ( all photos sent by post will be returned ). The photos should be as clear as possible, more than one photo is preferable. Please  include your contact details, phone number and address.

step 2: Once I have evaluated your photos. I will contact you, to discuss ideas for the painting, size etc. I can then give you a fixed price and estimated length of time for completion. Please ensure that you allow plenty of time, if the painting is required by a specific date, as completion times can vary depending on the time of year. I will require a 20% deposit at this stage.

step 3: On completion I will send you a photo of the portrait, via e-mail or make it available online for your approval, if the painting is to your satisfaction, the outstanding balance is then payable. Once the outstanding balance is cleared the painting will be shipped. I accept payments by cheque in euros or Stirling, or by paypal.

Prices

I try to keep my prices as low as possible, in order to make an original piece of artwork affordable. So instead of having a rigid table of set prices. I prefer to be more flexible and discuss your requirements and if you have a budget, I can work to that. There is no obligation, if you want to e-mail me with an idea. Then I can give you a quote based on subject, background and size. 

As every portrait is unique, for a rough guide only. For a pastel pet portrait.

A single head portrait starts around                     90€ or £70

A full body portrait starts around                        100€ or £80

Prices do not include postage.

 Special commissions e.g group portraits, backgrounds etc, will be priced on request.

All pictures are unframed but pastel pictures are supplied with a mount, in a colour to compliment the picture. I usually work to standard sizes, so you don't need to have a frame specially made for example an actual finished picture size of 20cm x 30cm with a 5cm mount all round, will fit a 30cm x 40cm frame.
